Where do I buy whisky?

Last week I flew from Israel to Zurich then on to Stockholm. From Stockholm I flew to Franfurt then home to Israel.

I checked out the dutyfree shops and found that the selection of whisky varied and the prices were inconsistent.

So how do I find the good whisky deals? Where is the best place to buy whisky? What is the right price to pay for a bottle of your favorite whisky?
